Following an exciting rebrand and major growth in 2024, they are adding a Sales Development Representative to their team in Toronto to drive new business across the U.S. market. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly driven individual that wants to kickstart their business-to-business sales career with a leader in their space!

About You
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, with proven success meeting and exceeding goals/targets set for you (e.g., sports, sales, extracurriculars).
  • Experience in an outbound-focused sales role (with B2B technology sales considered a significant asset).
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Bonus points for: Experience in property management/real estate industry and understanding of SaaS sales cycles and techniques.

What They Offer
  • Compensation: $55K salary, $80K on-target earnings (uncapped)
  • Flexible work environment: Remote work with 2 - 4 days per month in their downtown Toronto office
  • Vacation: 10 paid vacation days, 10 unpaid vacation days, 10 “workcation” days
