This fast-growing AI company is making serious waves in the Legal Tech world - already trusted by hundreds of companies worldwide. With big plans on the horizon, they’re on the lookout for sharp, driven individuals ready to dive into meaningful work and grow with the team.

Right now, they’re expanding their team of Product Specialists in San Francisco - a dynamic group that acts as the bridge between tech and real-world application. If you love working with people, solving problems on the fly, and being at the heart of transformative projects, this could be your perfect next step.

Product Specialist (Entry Level)
As a Product Specialist, you’ll work with senior stakeholders across industries - think global law firms, pharma giants, retailers, and more. Your mission? Understand what these teams need, help them see how the product fits into their world, and make sure everything runs smoothly from day one.

Once you're up to speed, you'll become a go-to expert on the tech, guiding clients through hands-on trials and collaborating closely with sales to turn interest into adoption. You'll also partner with internal teams to deliver an incredible experience for existing customers - helping them get the most out of their AI investment.

What You'll Do
  • Support live projects from start to finish, working with the sales team to deliver impactful product trials
  • Be the product expert, helping clients understand how the technology fits their specific needs
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with prospects and guide them through key decision-making moments
  • Collaborate with support and tech teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver creative solutions
What You’ll Need
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s in a scientific, analytical, or technical subject (3.5+ GPA) - open to 2025 grads!
  • Nice to have: a demonstrated interest in Law or AI, such as relevant coursework or internships in either field.
  • Confident communication skills - written, spoken, and in front of a crowd
  • A natural people person: charismatic, articulate, and able to connect with a wide range of personalities
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • If you're curious, ambitious, and ready to play a hands-on role in the future of AI, this could be your launchpad.
What They Offer:
  • Hybrid Setup: Work three days a week out of a vibrant San Francisco office.
  • Competitive Compensation: Base Salary $75k-$80k + Quarterly Bonuses!
  • Career Growth: The company is scaling fast, and so can you. Many of the current leaders started in this or similar entry-level roles - this is a launchpad, not a stopgap.
  • Vacation: 4 weeks of vacation to recharge and reset.
  • Benefits: A comprehensive healthcare plan to keep you covered.
  • Access to sleek, centrally located offices in London, Cambridge, and New York, with opportunities to travel for training and more.
  • High-performers can unlock 2 extra vacation days, team vouchers, and two weeks of “work from anywhere” time each year.
  • After four years, take a fully paid one-month sabbatical to go live a little.
Interested candidates, please note: Our team checks for new applicants every day and while we would love to be able to engage with each of you personally, given the high volume of applicants we receive, we are only able to contact candidates who are best suited for this role.
