On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.

Our client is a well established, market leader and developer of healthcare management software designed to enhance clinical workflows and patient outcomes.
 
They are continuing to grow and are looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to join their thriving team.
 
 
The Role
  • Support 2 Sales Directors in the East and Mid West territories to identify and qualify expansion opportunities within existing accounts (with a smaller focus on net new business development  - approx 20%)
  • Collect appropriate account information and identify appropriate contacts at each existing customer and prospect and leveraging the company’s marketing activities and partner relationships.
  • Work with field sales representatives, partners, and the Sales team to plan and drive attendance to planned events.
  • Work with the Sales Directors to develop and manage the pipeline of opportunities from current and prospective clients to ensure that sales goals are met. 
  • Qualify opportunities within the pipeline, properly prioritize activities, and management of time and commitments to ensure opportunities move through the sales cycle.
  • Complete all sales quotations promptly, thoroughly, and accurately, to maximize the team’s ability to deliver a high-quality solution and minimize potential problems or issues in service delivery or invoicing.
  • Establish and maintain sound relationships with OEM partners to maximize the effectiveness of available resources.
 
About You
  • A minimum of 2 years inside sales experience and successful track record selling software solutions to hospitals within the US (specific experience selling EHR software is preferable).
  • Ability to identify, manage and close additional revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Ability to work with OEM Partners.
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet established goals and objectives.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to handle frequent change in a dynamic environment.
  • Located in Mid West or Eastern Time Zone.

  • Compensation includes: $55k base salary + commissions = $80k OTE (uncapped)
