On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.

This Canadian company has over three decades of industry expertise and is dedicated to building strong communities and providing them with great telecommunications services, including high-speed internet, private networking, and cloud connectivity. All of their services are supported by their own expansive fibre-optic infrastructure across Toronto, Montreal, and most recently Vancouver, reaching thousands of commercial and residential locations through a fully-owned network.


As part of their continued major growth in the past year, they are seeking an Account Development Representative (Hybrid - Montreal) who will focus on building a pipeline of sales opportunities and closing deals by connecting with prospective clients over the phone, email, LinkedIn, and other creative methods.

  • In 2022, they made a strategic acquisition to significantly enhance their offerings and expand their footprint in Canada, bolstering their client base and ability to deliver high-performance solutions.
 
About You: 
  • Bilingual in French and English with strong interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A university degree or college diploma.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, preferably gained through previous customer service roles, with experience in hospitality, retail, or sales being an advantage.
  • Skilled in building relationships and providing excellent customer service.
 
What They Offer
  • Work environment: Hybrid (flexible 3 days per week in Downtown Montréal office) 
  • Compensation: $50K - $55K salary, $85K - $90K on-target earnings (uncapped)
  • Paid time off: 2 weeks + 10 sick days and 5 personal days
