Business Development Representative
Our client, is revolutionizing the way Healthcare companies are able to automate even the hardest documents into data. They leverage AI and automate back-office operations for healthcare providers, aiming to streamline patient care workflows, reduce administrative burdens, and improve patient outcomes.
They are a Series B enterprise SaaS company backed by tier-one investors, tackling one of healthcare’s biggest challenges—unstructured patient data. Using AI-powered automation, we streamline processes that help patients get treated faster while reducing manual administrative work for providers.
They have just hired a CSO and are now looking to grow and scale their sales team.
Job Overview:
As a SDR, you'll be at the forefront of the sales efforts, playing a key role in generating new business leads and opportunities. Your focus will be on creating a strong pipeline of prospective clients in the Healthcare and Insurance industries, utilizing your excellent communication skills and knowledge of our AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted outreach to potential clients in the Healthcare and Insurance sectors, through calls, emails, and social media channels.
- Qualify leads, understanding their needs and determining how their solutions can address their challenges.
- Schedule meetings and demonstrations between potential clients and the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies.
- Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities.
- Prior experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role. (You can be fresh out of college too!)
- Strong understanding of the Healthcare and Insurance industries is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex technological concepts.
- Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
