Business Development Representative
Our client is a developer of an artificial intelligence-based platform intended to streamline the customer relationship management process. They are a Series A company with over $20M in funds raised and founded by a serial entrepreneur who has a history of successfully exiting businesses.
They are looking for a driven Business Development Representative to join their team in Toronto to help them scale their presence across North America.

They are looking for a driven Business Development Representative to join their team in Toronto to help them scale their presence across North America.
The Role:
- Conduct outbound prospecting using calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
- Work closely with sales & marketing leadership to identify and sign and improve our messaging
- Continuously test and iterate on strategies to improve prospecting strategies across all channels
- Help test and validate new use cases, personas and markets where our product can create customer value
- Create and share engaging outbound content to drive awareness and demand for the organization
About You:
- Must be able to go into the office 3x per week (located downtown Toronto close to Union Station)
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales in an SDR, BDR or equivalent role.
- Strong phone and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed pipeline targets on a consistent basis
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Nooks, Hubspot and next-gen tools like Clay
