On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.

The role: Global IoT Account executive 
Location: Toronto (hybrid)

Requirements: 
  • 5-10 years of experience selling IoT solutions to Enterprise businesses on a global scale 
  • Seasoned perspective on growing c-suite relationships under a global mandate
  • Previous Telco experience would be ideal 
  • Mature, professional, and entrepreneurial mindset 
 
Compensation: 
  • Base salary range of $120-$140k dependent on experience and interview performance 
  • Uncapped additional commissions on a 50/50 model ($240-$280k OTE) 
  • Guaranteed commissions during 3 month ramp up period 
  • RRSP matching + Pension and Share program 
  • Vehicle allowance of $700/month 
  • 3 weeks of vacation to start 
  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits
