Account Executive - GTA
Our client is a leading North American property management service company.

About The Role:
- Hybrid role - 1-2 times working from the office, and does require in-person client meetings
- Generating new business throughout the GTA and parts of SW Ontario
- Selling to property management companies and condo boards (not to home developers)
- Average deal size: $50-75k
- Expected to close about 20 deals a year to be able to generate a $1million+ sales target
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- Ideally, have sold a service and have sold into multiple decision-makers
- Proven track record of new acquisition - we are looking for a strong business developer who has the business acumen to cultivate strong relationships
- All candidates must be a self-starter with a relentless work ethic, professional and articulate
