They are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive to join their growing team. This role is pivotal in driving growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with real estate brokerages across Ontario. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate industry, a proven track record in B2B sales, and a passion for technology-driven solutions.

They are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate industry, a proven track record in B2B sales, and a passion for technology-driven solutions.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and engage with potential clients, focusing on small to medium-sized brokerages initially, with the potential to expand to larger accounts
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our solutions
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including contract negotiations and closing deals
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and support sales initiatives
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to inform strategy and product development
- Travel across Ontario to meet with clients, with a focus on building trust and long-term partnerships
- Weekly schedule - 4 days out in meetings, 1 day in the downtown Toronto office
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the PropTech or real estate industry
- Strong understanding of real estate brokerage operations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a diverse client portfolio
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate new software solutions
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping businesses grow
- Competitive base salary with performance-based commission structure ($200-250K+ OTE, uncapped)
