They are looking for an Account Executive to drive new business development and establish strong relationships within the residential sector, specifically targeting Property Managers of condominiums and apartment buildings. The primary objective will be to secure contracts for comprehensive security staffing solutions.

About You: 
  • Candidates should possess 3 to 5 years of experience in business-to-business sales, with a strong preference for backgrounds in the security or technology sectors.
  • Experience with residential clients is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation through to closing deals.
  • You have a hunter mentality and a track record of success in your previous sales positions.
  • You exhibit strong interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate meaningful client relationships.
Compensation: Base salary of $70K-$80K, $100K-$130K OTE, 2 weeks of vacation, standard benefits.
