About the role: Inside Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth by selling industrial equipment, services, and add-on solutions
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients through effective networking and outreach efforts.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Actively sell to existing and new customers within your region
- 1+ years of proven experience in business development with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing.
- Previous experience in a related industry is preferred, with familiarity in managing deal sizes ranging from $4,000 to $40,000.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
