Our client is one of the leading software solution providers in the insurance and restoration industry. Our ground-breaking digital technology greatly facilitates restoration companies, adjusters, and insurance companies to document, sketch, estimate, and streamline insurance claims. They are a true disruptor and have virtually no competitors who offer the full scope of services they provide. As such, they have 4x'd their revenue in the last year along, without marketing. 
 
We are looking for an Insurance Carrier Relationship Manager ready to support and drive growth for one of the most successful insuretech vendors in the industry. I am seeking a performance-driven, high-energy relationship representative with several years of experience in carrier relationships and direct sales. Your will be responsible for developing carrier partnerships.
 
The position will be remote within the US. Our headquarters are in Lakeland, Florida, and Berlin, Germany.
 
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a relationship-based pipeline of industry C-Levels and claims professionals.
  • Source and develop carrier pilots and new accounts, working with the account management team for strong relationship success and accelerated growth.
  • Conduct outbound calls, attend trade shows, and engage in relationship networking.
  • Proactively develop sales opportunities in North America’s restoration claims industry.
  • Execute sales and demo presentations to potential customers, via phone and online presentations as needed.
  • Report to Manager with activity reports and sales pipelines.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the property claims management and adjusting industry.
  • Ability to effectively educate and work with C-Levels to Adjusters, demonstrating how the software can enhance their business unit's performance.
  • Proven track record as a hunter, performing outbound activities to targeted accounts with experience in various sales techniques (cold calling, email campaigns, sequencing, etc.).
  • Strong history of creating and converting outbound sales opportunities.
  • Success in achieving revenue-based sales quotas.
  • Affinity for software and technical solutions.
  • Excellent verbal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Team player with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
