Our client is a Technology Human Capital Organization that provides Technology Talent Advisory services and Technical Recruitment. Located in Toronto and working with clients across Canada, they support large enterprise, government and Start-up customers. Our client connects technology organizations with the most important resource to achieve their goals: their people.
We are looking for a subject matter expert in the field of technical recruitment to join the team as an Account Executive. In this business development focused role, you’ll use your industry knowledge to provide market insight to prospective clients while securing leads for their team of technical recruiters.

We are looking for a subject matter expert in the field of technical recruitment to join the team as an Account Executive. In this business development focused role, you’ll use your industry knowledge to provide market insight to prospective clients while securing leads for their team of technical recruiters.
Compensation:
- Base salary of $80k + uncapped commissions
- First year expected earnings of $120k while you ramp up, and a second year and beyond annual income of $200k+

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a hunting or 360 technical recruitment role focused on tech or IT business development recruitment, from financial services
- Hunter mentality
- Consultative approach
- Naturally curious and driven with a deep understanding of current market conditions
