Territory Sales Manager
Our client is known for providing innovative solutions for municipal infrastructure for water, sanitary, and stormwater systems across Canada. They provide a range of proven solutions to a wide range of infrastructure problems, with a focus on helping municipalities maintain and enhance their critical infrastructure systems.
They're looking to continue to expand their presence across British Columbia, and are seeking a growth-focused Territory Manager to join their team!

Your responsibilities:
- Territory Management: Manage the Northern BC, Okanagan, and Lower Mainland territories. Regularly engage with technical end-users and distributor partners.
- Customer Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with municipalities and engineering firms, ensuring the company's products are included in project bids and specifications.
- Sales Quota: Contribute to the overall team goal, collaborating closely with colleagues across the country in a highly team-oriented and supportive environment.
- CRM Utilization: Utilize a CRM system to manage and track customer interactions, leads, and opportunities effectively.
- You have proven experience in relationship-based sales, particularly in the infrastructure or engineering space.
- You ideally have experience working with relevant distributor partners
- You ideally have familiarity with underground infrastructure projects and municipal engineering
- You have strong communication and negotiation skills.
- You are a team player who is collaborative and eager to help the team achieve its goals.
What's in it for you?
- Compensation: $90K base plus monthly commission + annual bonus
