Enterprise Account Executive
Our client is a PE-backed SaaS company whose suite of AI-powered solutions empower employees to do their best work in industries like Retail, Hospitality, Telecom, Grocery, and more. Their powerful learning platform uses science-backed learning methodologies to drive engagement and knowledge retention, and is used by organizations in over 150 countries and 250 companies including Lowe’s, Kroger, Walmart, Levi’s, and Citizens Bank.
As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive (Remote) to join their team on the west coast (Canada or US). This individual will be responsible for driving revenue through new client acquisition with a focus on the largest clients and named accounts.

About the ideal person for their team:
- Located in the Pacific Time Zone, within Canada or the US; able to travel periodically throughout the region.
- 5+ years of experience closing B2B Enterprise SaaS deals ($150K - $200K ARR).
- Experience selling complex solutions to HR or L&D leadership, or those overseeing frontline workforces.
- Experience selling complex solutions into industries such as Retail, Hospitality, Grocery, Finance/Insurance, Telecom, Restaurant, Contact Centers, Distribution & Logistics.
- Highly self-motivated and organized; working remotely is something you are great at!
- Experience in a small company/start-up environment is a major asset.
- Passionate about learning and contributing to a vibrant, positive, and collaborative culture
What they offer:
- Competitive base salary and uncapped commissions, with $220K - $300K OTE (based on experience)
