Enterprise Account Executive
My client is a dynamic and innovative company focused on providing best-in-class retirement solutions to businesses across Canada. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing team and help us expand our footprint in the enterprise market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our presence in the enterprise market.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers within target organizations to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position the offerings.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and pipeline.
- Must have experience selling group benefits to enterprise-sized businesses in Canada
- Must live in Canada, but ideally Toronto
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, preferably within the financial services or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian enterprise market and experience selling to HR leaders and decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth and achieving results.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
