Now, they're looking for a National Account Manager to join the team to help them expand their Driver Training business with large national accounts!
About this National Account Manager role
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a national book of business by selling Driver Training solutions to HR and Safety Managers
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and leadership to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients through effective networking and outreach efforts.
- Prepare professional reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Respond to and follow up on RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
- Prepare formal quotations for training services.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a national account role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with sales management software and CRM.
- Ability to travel at least 25% of the time.
- Knowledge of CSA Standards for Forklift Safety.
- Base salary of $75,000 and $150,000 OTE (uncapped)
