On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.

Our client is a well-established business in the health and safety industry. They offer their clients a complete health and safety solutions platform in the industrial space. They want to hire a Business Development Manager to grow their BC market.  
 
About the Role - Business Development Manager
  • You will sell health and safety solutions to the industrial industry
  • You will be responsible for gaining market share in your territory 
  • You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting and closing new business opportunities
  • You will be hunting 80% and farming 20% of the time 
About you:
  • You have 2+ years of experience selling in the industrial industry
  • You are a proven hunter and thrive off closing deals 
  • You are a strategic thinker with a good understanding of the market
  • You have post-secondary education
  • You have a good understanding of OHS
