About the Role:
We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive business growth and maintain strong relationships within the Dealer and Home Centre sectors. Covering the Eastern Ontario region (Ajax to Ottawa), you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while strengthening existing partnerships. This is an outside sales role that requires a proactive and strategic approach to achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Promoting and selling a portfolio of high-quality products in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and home centre partners to drive long-term business growth.
  • Identifying and qualifying potential sales opportunities within the designated territory.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective prospecting, client engagement, and solution-based selling.
  • Conducting market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
  • Delivering product presentations and training to clients, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of offerings and value propositions.
  • Providing accurate forecasting, tracking performance metrics, and reporting in a timely manner.
  • Out in the field in meetings 4 days/week with 1 day working from home. 
About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • A proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably within the cabinetry or building materials industry.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate complex solutions effectively.
  • A solid understanding of construction industry practices, including specifications and standards.
  • A background in design or architecture (an asset but not required).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on relationship management.
  • A disciplined approach to prioritizing multiple accounts and managing time effectively.
  • A self-motivated, results-driven attitude with strong prospecting skills.
  • Valid G drivers license - you need to be a road warrior!
