Our client is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to expand our client base across the Greater Chicago area. This role focuses on acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clinics. The representative will engage with primary care offices, physiotherapists, medical practitioners, retirement homes, nursing homes, and community centers to gain referrals for seniors needing treatment.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Cover a 30-mile radius around the offices, mainly in Chicago-South.
  • Service the 65-85 age group, specializing in shoulder and knee-related solutions.
  • Coordinate Lunch & Learns and other referral-driving events.
  • Cultivate relationships with primary care offices, physiotherapists, medical practitioners, and retirement homes.
  • Actively pursue new patients within the defined territory.
  • Implement strategies for both in-person and remote engagement, including phone outreach and mailouts.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic client acquisition.
  • Work towards revenue goals and quotas with a bonus-heavy compensation structure.

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience, ideally with a similar client base.
  • Experience selling in a primary care environment.
  • Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment, treating the business as your own.
  • Eager to share feedback and help create an effective sales strategy.
  • Possesses an opportunistic and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Outgoing, charismatic, personable, and skilled in building rapport.
  • Demonstrates empathy, active listening, and the ability to build trust.
  • Independent and self-managed, with a strong focus on high-growth outcomes.
