Regional Territory Sales Manager – Western Canada
Our client, a subsidiary of a globally recognized leader headquartered in Sweden, specializes in innovative cable and pipe seal solutions that ensure safety, efficiency, and operational reliability in critical infrastructure projects worldwide. Their cutting-edge solutions are trusted by major organizations, including the Toronto Transit Commission, Hydro One, and key provincial power authorities across Canada.
Now, they’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven Regional Sales Manager to expand their presence across Western Canada (BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan). If you’re passionate about sales, enjoy building relationships, and thrive in a hands-on, technical environment—this opportunity is for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Own and grow the Western Canada territory through new business development and strategic account management.
- Develop and execute account plans to win new customers and deepen relationships with existing clients.
- Deliver engaging technical presentations and hands-on product training to diverse audiences.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, inside sales, and customer service teams to maximize success.
- Prospect and cold call confidently to uncover new opportunities.
What You Bring:
- 2-5 years of outside sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Experience selling construction, engineering, or industrial products is highly preferred.
- A self-starter who is motivated, driven, and thrives in a sales-driven environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and build long-term relationships.
- Hands-on approach—you’ll be demonstrating products at work sites, so a background in construction or fieldwork is a plus!
- Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Ideally based in the Lower Mainland to maximize territory coverage.
What’s in It for You?
- Competitive Compensation: $80K–$90K base salary (depending on experience) with total earnings of $120K–$150K+.
- Comprehensive Benefits Package including full health benefits, RRSP matching, and PTO.
- Remote Role: Work from home with up to 60% travel in the territory (only one trip per month outside Vancouver, the rest is local).
- Growth Opportunity within a stable, well-established, and respected industry leader.
Our team reviews applications daily, but due to high volume, we can only contact candidates best suited for the role.
