Job Description: Territory Sales Manager – Quebec Division

As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive growth and strengthen relationships in our Quebec division.
Position Overview: The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within Quebec, focusing on developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This role combines technical knowledge with relationship management to meet and exceed sales targets while promoting the company’s high standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Quebec territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within municipal, industrial, and fire protection markets.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, including municipal governments, industrial facilities, and general contractors.
- Actively participate in bidding processes, including pre-bid, bid submission, and post-bid meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and water board meetings to enhance brand visibility and establish industry connections.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a sales or territory management role, preferably within the construction or industrial sector.
- Knowledge of construction processes and the ability to navigate large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, including RFP submissions and negotiations with municipal and industrial clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with municipal infrastructure projects or the water industry.
- Familiarity with territory-based sales management and a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Background in working with both private sector industrial clients and public sector municipal entities.
- Understanding of how to run and be successful with complex sales processes

- Competitive base salary ($80,000–$100,000), with uncapped commission potential.

Work Environment:
