Following a highly successful year, their sales team is growing and their leaders are seeking a Solution Engineer (hybrid – Toronto or Montreal) to offer pre-sales and implementation support to sales and delivery teams.

About You
- 3+ years of technical pre-sales/solution architecture experience in the Telecommunications or Technology industry.
- Proven track record of success across the entire sales cycle, from discovery to implementation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and able to communicate technical ideas to audiences of varied knowledge and size.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and collaborative.
- Educational background in Technology (IT, Engineering, Computer Science) is preferred.

- Compensation: $85K – $110K salary + 20% – 25% bonus
