As part of strategic growth across the go-to-market organization, they are seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer with Supply Chain expertise and technical savvy to join their team and support strategic deals with enterprise customer across the Americas.
About the Position:
- Partner with sales to drive new business, expand accounts, and conduct discovery workshops.
- Communicate complex supply chain management solutions and their technical and business value to a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead solution design through whiteboarding, proof-of-concepts, and presentations to showcase value and scope out integrations.
- Demonstrate expertise in Transportation & Logistics trends, business processes, and use cases.
- Support pre-sales, API integrations, RFPs, and provide customer-driven product recommendations.
The Ideal Candidate Has:
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience in Supply Chain (logistics, transpiration, general supply chain space).
- 8+ years of professional experience, with most in customer-facing roles such as pre-sales, customer success, implementation, or consulting.
- Skilled at facilitating technical conversations with business and technical stakeholders, conducting product demonstrations, and producing proof-of-concepts for enterprise deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written, verbal, and visual).
- Technical proficiencies in: ERP, TMS, and WMS systems; APIs and integration practices; SQL and/or data analysis (preferred)
