Project Coordinator

Our client is a leading market planning and analytics software company that uses predictive analytics and GIS mapping technologies to help global brands open up additional locations and drive strong ROI. They have 300+ enterprise customers including Lululemon, A&W, Levis, Buffalo Wild Wings, In-N-Out Burger and have an impressive net retention rate of 99% with less than 2% churn. 
 
About the role: Project Coordinator 

  • Reporting to the VP of Client Success, this role plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and successful onboarding of new clients and the execution of complex predictive model builds and projects 
  • Responsible for coordinating and managing the platform onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless integration and product adoption
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase while collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment on project scope and execution 
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation to track progress and deliverables while tracking project progress in appropriate management systems 
  • Conduct regular project evaluations, assessing performance against key metrics, and implementing improvements to enhance overall project efficiency and success 
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, implementing proactive solutions to maintain project momentum and minimize disruptions 

What we’re looking for

  • 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, client support/onboarding, or account management function, preferably in technology 
  • MUST be based in Vancouver and able to report into an office in Kits 2-3x a week
  • You have a razor-sharp focus on the details +  incredibly organized + process driven 
  • Curious by nature + love to learn new things + keen interest in technology 
  • Exceptional communication skills and comfortable talking to C-suite stakeholders 
  • Bonus/Nice to Have: Proficiency in Project management tools, PMP or CAPM certification, experience working with databases, exposure to GIP or ETL tools, and exposure to market research, retail analytics and data science modelling

  • Base salary $70K-$80K depending on experience
