Product Marketing Manager

Our client is a rapidly growing global leader in legal technology. They provide cutting-edge solutions that optimize legal operations for enterprises across North America, Europe, and beyond. They are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to enhance their go-to-market strategy and product positioning.
 
About The Role:
This individual will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with customer needs and market trends. The role requires close collaboration with sales, product, and customer success teams to drive product messaging and market positioning.

  • Develop a deep understanding of product features, customer needs, and market trends.
  • Create compelling product narratives, positioning, and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, and competitive analysis.
  • Conduct research to understand customer pain points, behaviors, and industry challenges.
  • Partner with product teams to influence development roadmaps based on market demands.
  • Define and refine market positioning to establish the company as a leader in legal technology.
  • Lead content creation initiatives, including white papers, blog posts, and product collateral.
  • Support marketing campaigns and demand generation efforts with strategic insights and messaging.
  • Assist in the development of a framework for gathering and leveraging customer success stories.

About You:

  • 4-6 years of experience in product marketing, marketing strategy, or a similar role.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messages.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a customer-first approach.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive narratives.
  • Background in B2B software, legal tech, or related industries is preferred but not required.
  • Experience working in a global, multicultural environment is a plus.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to two times per year, including for onboarding in Europe.
