The role: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Burlington head office, 5 days a week
Our client produces engaging workplace safety training video content that is used and viewed by organizations around the world. Our client’s simple to use training and compliance platform can cover every major workplace issue, across every vertical of business.
After a strong year with over 45% growth, the team is ready to expand. We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join the team.
Compensation:
- $65k base salary + uncapped commissions
- On target first year earnings of $85k+
- 2 weeks of vacation to start
- Annual health spending account

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience with proven results
- Humble, coachable, patient, and naturally curious
- Very driven with a strong work ethic
- Call centre/phone sales environment would be a plus
