Our client is a rapidly growing SaaS provider specializing in legal and governance solutions and are seeking a Business Development Representative to support their expanding global presence. With a strong growth trajectory and ambitious plans for the future, the company serves thousands of clients worldwide, including major publicly traded organizations.
Role Overview:
As a BDR, you will play a key role in driving sales pipeline growth by generating qualified appointments for the Account Executive team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to develop their sales career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and inbound prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Develop expertise in legal technology solutions and effectively communicate value to prospects.
- Collaborate with AEs to refine prospecting strategies and maximize meeting bookings.
- Conduct qualification calls and, in some cases, manage full-cycle sales opportunities in the mid-market and enterprise segments.
- This role is hybrid (3-4 days a week in-office), based in their Wilmington, Delaware office.
Qualifications:
- 6 months to 2 years of B2B sales experience.
- Background in sales, prospecting, or customer relations is beneficial, but a strong commercial mindset is highly valued.
- Interest in Legal Tech and SaaS is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $50K–$60K + $20K in commission potential.
