About the Role:
Step into the exciting world of fintech as an Account Executive (Remote) and be at the forefront of business expansion! You’ll play a key role in driving growth by using innovative outreach strategies to generate new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fintech space.
- Sales Growth: Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and consistently exceed sales targets.
- Client Relationships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Product Expertise: Present and demo fintech products to prospects, demonstrating how our solutions address their needs and pain points.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client success.
- Market Analysis: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and offer the best solutions.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance against targets in CRM.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Experience:1+ years of B2B account executive sales experience, preferably in the fintech or SaaS industry.
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing high-value deals.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of fintech products and services, with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools to manage accounts and pipeline.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Problem Solver: Strong ability to identify client pain points and offer tailored solutions.
- Team Player: Willing to collaborate and support colleagues in a growing team environment.
