Our client is a leading provider of integrated corporate e-learning solutions, specializing in online training and knowledge sharing for top companies! Their flagship Learning Management System (LMS) is recognized as a smart online training software for the modern workforce.
As this company continues to grow, they are looking to onboard a results-driven and motivated Account Executive who will play a crucial role in expanding their account base across North America.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, such as networking, cold-prospecting, and referral generation.
- Target decision-makers in HR, Training, and related departments.
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline and prospect opportunities using a CRM system.
- Demonstrate a high standard of professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, critical drivers, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
- Have a minimum of 2-3 years of demonstrated success in a SaaS sales role (preferably selling to HR decision makers)
- Possess excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Display a strong work ethic and a determined drive to achieve success.
