Account Executive

Our client is a leading provider of high-quality home furnishings and décor. They offer customers premium furniture, stylish accessories, and unique home solutions that elevate their living spaces.

Our client seeks a motivated and dynamic National Sales Representative to join their growing team. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • The candidate must handle outside sales, manage their customer list, and attend trade shows.
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Present and demonstrate Home products to potential client
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends in the home furnishings industry.
  • This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the home décor industry.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to promote products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and fulfillment of orders.
  • The role will target Texas and the Southwest. 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the home furnishings or interior design industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
