The challenge isn’t always finding top talent; it is being able to keep it! When organizations are faced with top talent leaving their company it can be costly, disruptive and discouraging. For this reason, determining the reasons why top talent would leave a company is as important as knowing how to get the talent in the first place. More than ever, companies with long employee retention rates are the ones who focus on fostering employee growth and recognize employees’ success. Employees who feel challenged, valued and have strong leadership are the ones who will remain loyal and engaged with their company.
