I have been a mall rat for the majority of my career thus far. I started as managment in small volume stores and quickly realized that my A-type personality was definitely cut out to be in a position of influence. I started to understand that I had the patience, professionalism and empathy to deal with all types of customers, associates and upper management, and I had the drive to excel above and beyond my peers. After attending Bible College in New York, and making the decision to move to Boston, I soon set my sites on a bigger piece of the pie. I started to work my way towards higher volume stores, more complex management teams and daily challenges that kept me on my toes. As a General Manager, I was responsible for the recruitment and retention of my entire team, and I realized I had a knack for identifying and supporting top new talent. Working for companies such as Victoria's Secret, Jacob, and Tommy HiIlfiger, allowed me to reach my fullest potential as a mentor, and a hiring manager.

So it seemed only natural, that recruiting full time, was the next step in my career. Not only did I love the Monday to Friday hours, but I was responsible for sourcing and identifying the top 10% of executive professionals to fulfill my clients needs. What more could a girl ask for? I've had the opportunity to deal directly with clients, and have enjoyed working closely with them to help secure the perfect candidate for the role.

And so begins my time with Sales Talent Agency, where I will earn and maintain the respect of the industry and continue connecting top sales talent with clients from a variety of verticals.
